What makes me proud to work for TSS?
My pride in working for TSS comes from the growth TSS is making and being part of this development. Each year brings unique challenges, which keeps my work challenging and varied.
I also appreciate the extensive network of companies we work with at TSS. This provides a constant opportunity to meet new people, learn from each other and build a broad knowledge base. The diversity of contacts and opportunities makes my work at TSS valuable.
What do I draw energy from in my work at TSS?
A major source of energy in my work at TSS is the flexibility. There is room for open and constructive communication, which means that together we look for ways to keep my job interesting and engaging. One of my responsibilities is the TSS Academy programme, which is offered to all our companies. This gives me the opportunity to work internationally and constantly meet and learn from new colleagues.
TSS not only offers professional development opportunities, but also values employee well-being. This is reflected in the various informal activities and events organised, such as annual ski trips, social get-togethers and vitality initiatives. These events offer not only a chance to relax, but also to have fun conversations and create a closer bond with colleagues.
