We are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant for TSS!

Whether it's an everyday purchase or a special event, chances are that - without realizing it - you often use our software. That makes working as an Accounting employee within TSS even more challenging! Although you are employed by TSS, you will be working at one of our software companies. So from your first day, you will have the opportunity to look inside the doors of several software organizations and carry out your work independently. Together with about 85 fellow finance professionals you will form our Finance team in the Netherlands.

What will you be doing?

As an Accounting Assistant you will work for different Business Units within the organization of TSS. The financial administration department processes the day-to-day administration of these business units, so you will mainly be involved in activities such as checking, coding and booking invoices. In addition, you strive to improve the processes and will be asked to participate in various projects to, for example, integrate acquired companies within the organization.

We have listed your most important duties and responsibilities for you:

• Provision of VAT returns and annual audit;
• Review, process and code purchase and sales invoices;
• Processing and reconciling bank transactions;
• Organize and perform financial administration;
• Prepare periodic reports and provide management information;
• Apply external laws and regulations and internal guidelines;
• Identify relevant developments, suggest improvements and advise management.
