A position with impact in the field

De afgelopen jaren heeft TSS wereldwijd honderden softwarebedrijven geacquireerd. En dit is nog maar het begin van onze ambitie! Of het nu gaat om een alledaagse aankoop of een bijzondere gebeurtenis, de kans is groot dat je (misschien zonder dat je het beseft) vaak gebruik maakt van onze software. Dat maakt het werk als Financial Controller binnen TSS nog uitdagender! Alhoewel je in dienst bent bij TSS, zal je aan de slag gaan bij onze softwarebedrijven. Zo krijg jij vanaf je eerste dag de kans om bij meerdere softwareorganisaties binnen te kijken en zelfstandig jouw werkzaamheden uit te voeren.

What will you be doing?

We have listed your most important duties and responsibilities for you:

• Jij bent eigenaar van de volledige maand- en jaarafsluiting. Jij overziet de complete administratie en weet precies wat er gebeurt, van elke boeking tot het eindresultaat. Die kennis gebruik je om de administratie zo efficiënt mogelijk te beheren en te zorgen voor een tijdige, juiste en volledige afsluiting. Je stelt rapportages op die kloppen tot op de laatste euro en die niet in de la verdwijnen.
• Optimisation and process improvement. Zie je ruimte voor verbetering? Mooi! Jij maakt de financiële administratie en de onderliggende processen sterker, met praktische oplossingen die direct impact hebben.
• Grip op interne beheersing. Jij bewaakt de kwaliteit van de cijfers, richt controles slim in en zorgt dat de administratie voldoet aan de interne richtlijnen en IFRS-verslaggeving. Je bent daarnaast het aanspreekpunt voor de accountant tijdens de jaarrekeningcontrole.
• Je bent een betrouwbare sparringpartner. Met jouw scherpe inzichten in de cijfers ondersteun je het MT en de directie, bijvoorbeeld bij vragen over revenue recognition, kostenbeheersing en de financiële impact van keuzes.
• AI als jouw vaste collega. Jij zoekt actief naar manieren om AI in te zetten in het financiële proces. Denk aan het automatiseren van aansluitingen, het versnellen van analyses of het opstellen van toelichtingen. Het doel is helder: elke maand een stukje slimmer en efficiënter werken dan de maand ervoor.

• Een afgeronde WO- of HBO-opleiding in Bedrijfseconomie, Finance & Control of Accountancy;
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een Financial Control-rol of in de accountancy;
• Affiniteit met AI en nieuwe technologie: je bent nieuwsgierig, experimenteert graag en ziet kansen om processen slimmer te maken;
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, zowel in woord als geschrift.
