As a Junior Controller, you’ll play a role in this growth — contributing to our ambitious future. You’ll gain broad financial experience and discover along the way which path suits you best. It’s the perfect foundation for a career that truly fits you.
- You’re in control of financial administration and reporting. From accounts payable and receivable to payroll and the general ledger — you keep a sharp eye on the numbers. You also create reports and analyses that don’t end up in a drawer, but actually make a difference.
- Optimisation and process improvement. See room for improvement? Great! You help streamline the financial administration with smart, practical solutions that deliver immediate impact.
- Business performance en forecasting. By analysing trends and performance across our business units, you identify both opportunities and risks — and make sure we stay on track.
- A sparring partner for management. With your insights, you advise the management team and executive board on strategic decisions, pricing and cost control. Your input matters.
- Supporting acquisitions. You play a key role in integrating newly acquired companies by ensuring their financial administration is properly structured and aligned.
- Analysing and substantiating investment decisions. You develop financial analyses and business cases that form the foundation for well-informed investment choices.
You work hands-on, solve problems and contribute ideas. Whether you are a starter or already experienced; you will have the opportunity to grow, take responsibility and help design your work.
What else we ask of you:
- Academic level of work and thinking and a completed degree in Business Economics, Finance & Control or Accountancy;
- Good Excel skills (experience with AFAS and/or Power BI are a plus);
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English both verbal and written.

What else we offer you:
- A nice salary of € 3.000,00 – € 3.900,00 gross per month (excluding 8% vacation pay), based on work experience and education level.
- Bonus plan and a pension plan;
- 26 vacation days based on 40-hour contract;
- Company laptop and phone;
- A flexible work environment, partially working from home is therefore possible.
- You will be working from our headquarters in Utrecht.
