That makes working as an Accounting Assistant at TSS even more challenging! Although you will be employed by TSS, you will be working at our software companies. This means that from your very first day, you will have the opportunity to gain an insight into multiple software organisations and carry out your duties independently.

What will you be doing?

You will ensure that the financial administration for several business units is in order. You will also work to improve processes. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Checking, processing and coding purchase and sales invoices
• Processing and reconciling bank transactions;
• Organize and perform financial administration;
• Preparing VAT returns
• Preparation of WKR documentation
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement

You’ll be given responsibility for your own administration and will immediately see where improvements can be made. That’s what we expect from you too.
