As an international organisation, TSS comprises a large financial organisation, both in the Netherlands and in Europe. Every year, TSS organises not one, but two conferences for our business controllers. One of these meetings takes place digitally, while the other takes place as a physical event at different locations.

This year, the physical conference took place in the vibrant city of Copenhagen, attracting more than 30 enthusiastic colleagues. In preparation for this event, colleagues worked together in teams to develop exciting cases, which were then presented and discussed in detail during the conference. Besides these inspiring workshops, our programme included a series of interactive presentations, designed to share knowledge and experiences so that these valuable insights can be applied in our daily work.

The conference went beyond just business topics; there was also room for fun, informal activities. In the afternoon, we joined forces to overcome the challenges of the TimeQuest escape room. The day ended with an atmospheric dinner.
